“Lancaster Barn, set in farmland yet handy for the M6, is a beautifully restored B&B a few miles south of Lancaster. Everything, from the stylish rooms to the Scandi-inspired breakfast area, has been conceived and designed to the last detail” – The Telegraph
Lancaster Barn is a beautifully modern B&B sitting comfortably half-way between the North and South route with easy access to the M6. A stepping stone on a long journey, or a relaxed base for exploring.
Just 1 mile from the M6
3 miles from Lancaster University
5 minutes to AONB Forest of Bowland
10 minutes into historic City of Lancaster
Less than 30 minutes to the Lake District
Built in 1800, and lovingly restored in 2015, Lancaster Barn provides guests with all the warmth and home comforts of a B&B, but with all the luxury and flair of a hotel.
We’re a small independently owned B&B, which means we’re able to exceed expectations, offering a personal flourish to everything we do.
“A fresh faced alternative to the ‘classic’ B&B” – The Guardian
